Caring company, but feels impersonal at times - Anonymous employee Tyler Technologies Employee Review

I've worked for a few SaaS companies over the past 10 or so years and Tyler stands out in a good way. Their managers/directors/executive team is the best I've worked with. They genuinely encourage employees and are always open to us learning more and taking on bigger projects if we want to. The work/life balance is great. There are lots of opportunities to move up or laterally internally as well.

Pay is slightly below industry average across all positions.

-Little to no stress -Self motivated to a certain extent -Hands off management, no micro-managing

-SaaS Flips -Upper managements separation from day-to-day operations -Products not moved to newer technologies for installations
