Regarding the pay structure, we continuously review and adjust our compensation model to ensure it remains competitive and fair. We value the input and feedback of both students and teachers and while student feedback is important, we also recognize the significance of supporting our teachers. We acknowledge your concerns about the cancellation policy and the impact it may have on scheduling. We aim to strike a balance between providing flexibility for teachers and maintaining consistency for students. We also think it's important to mention that we work with our teachers and do not let go of anyone without providing ample opportunities for training and mentoring.
