Pros

Good platform (thanks to former IT who has since left due to the unethical behaviour of management)

Cons

Low wages/constant training classes (very poor training) that are compulsory and you are not paid for/ unprincipled behaviour on the part of management/bullying of employees…to mention just a few.

Pros

They had a good quantity of students and lots of work Worked 2 amazing years here, until they ended my contract.

Cons

Student complaints are taken more seriously, even for minor issues. I had a minor tech issue and resulted in my contract ending. The management suspended me for 10 days, after I did a new Tech test they did not reinstate my account, even though the original tech issue was NOT my fault. I did not appreciate losing my job after trying to fight my case, the tech issue was not my fault. But I was blammed for it, which lead to my eventual firing. This company recycles teachers so don't be surprised if you get fired Its minimum wage job for Canada standards $15 a hour.

Pros

The platform handles most of the logistical aspects of online teaching, allowing tutors to focus on communication and student progress. Classes are easy to manage, and the system is stable during lessons. The environment feels organized and supportive for remote educators.

Cons

ncome can vary depending on lesson demand.
