Pros
Running water, electricity, pays social security contributions.
Cons
Goals are not met by 95% of the retail staff year after year when looking at daily performance reports for the company as a whole. High pressures to meet these goals, with constant emphasis on consequences, while there’s no reward for those who meet them. “Right sized” branches that have only one teammate and a manager in them for the majority of the weeks within the year. Continued slashing of benefits, outsourcing and layoffs. Concerns are not seen to leadership in ways you think they would be. Feedback is generally not desired. Constant turnover. No budget for raises year after year. Talent constantly driven out by incompetence within upper leadership. No budget for retention or raises. People aren’t paid on performance which creates mediocre results year after year. Opening every Saturday by year end.
