      Great benefits. Work from home.

      Cons

      Too many hands in the pot...no leaders, just bosses. No consistency in sr. management. Really sad when management tells you that if you are at the top of your pay grade, regardless of your review being great- no raise will be given. "Why should we pay more for a cheeseburger than a cheeseburger is worth." They don't respect their team and it shows.

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay with very good training programs, lots of opportunities for growth

      Cons

      The culture struggles to figure itself out after the big merger. Lots of senior employees were bitter about younger/new hires getting paid well. Lots of dealing with hierarchal mindsets that get in the way of the actual work.
