      Great benefits. Great environment. Cool people.

      Cons

      Training is not done well. Their metrics requirements, compared to what you do with the current volume, sets you up for failure. Even if you get compliments, the next day they tell you it’s not enough.

      Started out great, good benefits if you're an exempt employee.

      Cons

      It's the definition of a good ol' boys club. Lots of dishonest behavior and the company politics will eat you alive if you don't play the game.
