      Pros

      Salary is well above average for the region and also the team is great to work with.

      Cons

      The downside is that often times when a project ends you can end up in bench for a significant amount of time, and during the time that you are no longer assigned to a project (in bench) you will not be getting paid that time as you have no work to do.

      Good logistics and pay on time.

      Not a lot of support when having crazy projects.

      Fair pay rate, work from home, flexible hours, PTO (5 days each semester).

      Cons

      They don't pay for holidays, PTO could be more generous.
