Outsource company.
They approach you, you go through their interviews, and they "send" your profile to the client. And that's it. My guess is that they either don't actually have a contract with their "client" and just use you as an attachment to their cold-call message or use you as backup plan.
For me, they approached me two times for the same position in three months and both times I passed all their interviews and they "sent my profile to the client". And then - nothing. HRs stop answering the emails after 2-3 repetitions.
They also make their own version of your original CV, which looks horrible, doesn't have a half of what you put in it and makes no sense for anyone who reviews it from the tech personnel.
Try figure out the name of their "client" and approach them directly, don't waste your time on this middle-man company
