Pros
Good way to get your foot in the door and work on several projects Decent pay Alright benefits Some coworkers are wonderful and some bosses are great Micromanaging doesn't happen often, or at all
Cons
Favoritism, lack of communication across the board and a huge lack of process has been an ongoing issue in the years that I had worked there. If you're not a favorite 'star employee', then you will be looked past for almost everything and rarely given kudos. People also don't accept responsibiltiy or blame and will often put it on others to make themselves look good. Onboarding is also nonexistent and you will be teaching yourself how to do 95% of your job so buckle up. The CEO promised salary increases in the past and didn't deliver. He instead made an excuse and delayed it, which many were unhappy about.
