TrueLayer hired (and more shockingly recently promoted) one rotten apple that just happens to have the most critical role in shaping the culture of the company. This person has the favor of the executive team, tells them everything they want to hear, but is clearly out of his/her depth. Some people look for solutions, other looks for excuses. I expect this review will just be tossed aside (or even potentially removed from GD) as just an ex -disgruntled employee. But those who know, know.
