Pros

Free lunches and snacks, wellbeing days

Cons

Exclusionary and Unfriendly Culture: The workplace is incredibly "cliquey" and openly unwelcoming to new joiners. Instead of an inclusive team environment, it feels like an insular high school where outsiders are isolated rather than supported. Zero Work-Life Balance: There is an unwritten expectation to be available 24/7. Management has absolutely no respect for employees' personal lives, family commitments, or boundaries outside of standard working hours. Bizarre Executive Priorities: Leadership is deeply out of touch. There is a strange, almost obsessive focus on trivial, subservient tasks—such as ensuring a daily lunch delivery to the CEO—rather than focusing on actual business strategy or employee well-being. Lack of Recognition: Burnout is rampant because hard work goes entirely unnoticed and unappreciated. Management shows zero understanding or empathy for how hard the staff is grinding to keep things afloat.
