Our physical office presence is more limited these days because we’re a remote-first company, which gives our teams the flexibility to work from wherever, and however, they're most productive. Great Benefits & Remote Work

No matter how hard you work, there’s no recognition or pay increase. I wouldn’t recommend using the open-door policy if you have concerns about a manager. I raised an ongoing issue and ended up being written up based on claims that I wasn’t completing my work, even though I was following instructions. When layoffs happened, I was unfortunately among the first to be let go. It felt like a real slap in the face after all the time and commitment I gave to the company.
