      - Management is never around but still feels entitled to micromanage 24/7 - Memberships are cancelled on management's time, not in a time frame convenient for the person paying $80 - $300. - Spa is never fully stocked - Towels sit wet overnight - Pods are not cleaned thoroughly - Disrespectful customers
