Tons of opportunities to take an active part in the company and work. Almost all of the people who work at True Media get to take an active role in their work, from meeting with the client to strategy sessions with the team, you are never in a "silo" just doing your segmented work - which gives huge learning and growth opportunities. I have seen so many people get to experience working in multiple fields, and move positions just because they are able to get so much experience. This place can really empower and motivate you if you have the right attitude and support.
Cons
There have been growing pains as the agency has pushed past 30-40 people and the agency was behind the curve in standardizing things, which has made training a challenge. However, for anyone who is willing to work with their team and leaders to figure it out the initial hurdles, it has created a core team of really strong players. The agency is working also on addressing their training struggles and has brought the experts in the area in to contribute in this process.
