      Opportunity for advancement, diversity, management, peers, benefits, projects, overall a great place to make a long term career. excellent experience.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, old fashioned, patriarchal company. Somewhat conservative in some of its policies and overall organizational culture. Career plans are not clearly stated.

      Pros

      Great benefits package, excellent medical insurance, 401K retirement program. Competitive Christmas bonus, a Gym, many social activities and parking for all employees.

      Cons

      Nepotism prevent professional growth for the employees who actually have the experience, knowledge and skills. Management doesn't care if employees has legal issues. You could work for them for 40 years and never require criminal record, drug test or domestic violence record, besides the time of recruitment.
