      Pros

      Company structure and overall environment is great to start!

      Cons

      Supervisors are stiff and unhumorous. Its widely known review posts on TA are done falsely or with malicious intent over 45% of the time. However, BIG ad dollars mean big $$ to the company. So in spite of the anti-business effects of TA, nothing will ever be done to foster good will with business owners and hotels. No pride while working here. This place was crap!

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
