Pros

Free lunch, unlimited free snacks, great italian coffee machines all over the bldg and refrigerators stocked with every drink imaginable

Cons

There is no flow of information, no transparency and if you are not at the top of the food chain of management it's as if you don't exist

Thank you for your candid review. It’s concerning to hear that you feel like we value arrogance over humility. One of our core values is moving fast. Part of this is being humble enough to know when we’ve made mistakes---and have the ability to correct and iterate quickly. And, key to all of this sharing information. We recognize that as we’ve grown, we’ve had to scale how we share information across our global teams. While we’ve had some growing pains in this area, we are working to find ways to continue to be transparent and quickly share important info with everyone at TripAdvisor. While you’re no longer at TripAdvisor, we’d welcome your continued feedback on how to improve---I encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner (or even Steve directly) to share details on your experience at TripAdvisor.

Pros

The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

Cons

Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
