      Collaborative, team oriented environment Fantastic work-life balance Time off - 3 wks vacation, Summer Fridays, 10 holidays, 10 sick days Bright, passionate, fun, enthusiastic co-workers Career development Competitive salaries Great benefit package Flexible work schedule Fast paced, ever changing environment. Always working on something new.

      Cons

      Even though I love the fast paced environment, if an employee is not careful it can burn them out. They need to make sure they take full advantage of the time off given.

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
