As a company founded on the principal of transparency, we work hard to ensure that our vision, strategy and processes are shared with all levels of the organization. Our quarterly all hands meetings and monthly sync ups both provide a lot of valuable information about these topics. You have made a great suggestion on having 360 degree feedback. We agree that this type of feedback is critically important and had added it to our performance review process last year.
