Everything challenge here. Unhygenic work place No work life balance Hell.. Even jail is better than this. Lots of issues: 1. Physical assualt at workplace 2. No personal life, if you are working here forget about your family, personal life.... You need to be act as slave. 3. No salary on time. 4. Salary will never be the same what they offered. (Offered salary is just to attract to people but never paid that much) 5. No salary slips have been provided. 6. They depromoted you without intimating you. ( Recently they slashed the salaries for all employees without any communication) 7. They deduct your salary as per their mood. (Without base) 8. They always try to show you that you are in need of job, company doen't want you. Your HOD always try to humilate you, so that you can get a feeling of disrepect which leads to loss in self confidence. 9. You are not allowed to go home though you are comfortable with commuting from home. (As per their seek policies you have to stay in the company campus or in the radius of 10 km., So that they can call you anytime.) 10 Rules are need to be same for everyone but here rules got changed if you have long tongue or buttering tricks. 11. They do not pay Bonus even after deducting from our monthly salary. 12. They have very seek policies which are targeted to humilate employees, ruin them and their careers. 14. This company is blacklisted in major good colleges due to their worst working culture and attitude towards employees. Even this company is not allowed to enter in the campus. 15. If you are smart and hard working person they don't need you. But if you are kind of donkey then they admire you. 16. This is worst place to work (this is my 5th company to work for, this is the worst) 17. They want you to work on holiday or rest day or overtime, but you can't expect any fringe benefits or any overtime pay. 18. They threaten you and put any allegation on you or can file FIR in false case to satisfy their ego. 19. EGO is god for them. 20. The one who want to experience the worst things on workplace can come, join and experience yourself. 21. Management is also seek, even they don't know how to talk to others and how to work. 22. Redtapisim in every corner. 24. If you want to dimnish your life, this is the right place to work for. 25. No Job security, at any point of time you can be terminated witout your knowledge. And they will not pay notice period to you but if you are leaving on your own you have to pay the notice period otherwise they will lodge the legal case against you. 26. Your self respect/esteem always be remained challenged here. 27. They also abusr you. 28. By working here you can be frirnd with lot of diseases. 29. They will ask you to clean the floor by your cloths 30. They will give you unhygenic work conditions. And many more......
