We are sad to hear that things did not work out well for you. Trianz has a Bench Policy where employees are trained and assessed to be deployed to other projects before letting them go. We invest in every Bench resource and give them a chance to move on to other projects. But we thank you for your feedback and hope you write to us at HR.Feedback@trianz.com to share your concerns and help us in continuous improvement.

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Cons

Project assignments may vary in complexity and clarity

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
