      Pros

      Everyone here is very friendly and they are a fun group of people. It feels like working with a family. I really enjoy both my job and going to work in the office. I really appreciate our hybrid working option, so we can work two days at home and three days in the office. Gives great work/family life balance.

      Cons

      The ups and downs of a EPCM, but that is how the industry is.

      Pros

      1) Only one senior process engineer is assigned to a project, so the workload and responsibility are very high. You are involved in all aspects of process design, which can be a great learning opportunity. 2) Downtown location 3) Hybrid work

      Cons

      Job security not good, as layoffs shortly after key process deliverables were stamped and completed. Was not able to see final results of hardwork.
