Cons
* Good work is not fully appreciated and celebrated by senior management. They always think you should have done more * Very hierarchical for example Band 2 & 3 managers look down on others or seem very busy & important to interact with with Band 4 or below * Performance reviews can be very stressful during reviews and final ratings are not based on solely your performance but what the CFO or Head of think of you and where they think you fit on their 'curve' [Very Unfair] * Pay reviews are poor and no team building days or training * Company does not in invest in the employees to further develop them
