Pros

I am going through a steep learning curve in my carrier right now and with my team's support @Travelopia, its a little less of a struggle. The company's culture is great with superb benefits.

Cons

I can not think of any cons of working with Travelopia, since I was working with a sister company before and joined Travelopia after a couple of year's time.

Pros

Very casual work environment and friendly co-workers

Cons

Very toxic and political environment because of a recent sale of the company. Too much anxiety, information hoarding, poor or no leadership, and ambiguity during the transition that has been over a year now.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Company. I am shocked at some of the claims you make in this statement, as this does not reflect the experience we offer, nor the experience of the majority of our teams. Pros

Normal workers within the organisation

Cons

Terrible handling of current Pandemic crisis - redundancies all over despite government advice not to do so. Company lacks a sense of empathy or understanding Lack of direction on benefits within the organisation and what entitlements people should have You're fine if you work above a certain pay grade. Would be better served looking after the employees rather than focusing on their own pay packets.
