-Good benefits and flexible management. -Great group of people to work with -Flexible work schedule - as long as you get your work done
Cons
-No formalized training, lots of learning on the go and can be overwhelming in the beginning. -Owner has a very 'hands off' approach to management, so can lead to lack of clear direction. -Lots of initiatives started, but left on the back burner. -
