Used to be a fun team, easy going atmosphere. Not anymore though.
Cons
- Low salary, scarce benefits - No career growth - No defined roles. You will do onsites, you will do projects, you will do onboardings. It's a small company so everyone has to be an universal soldier - Lack of management. HR, account management, operations management - all handled by one person -
