This is a sales focused organization.
The product management “lead” lacks training, experience and understanding but does have the “yes” attitude required by the CEO to continue the sales catering/focus and
the detrimental actions that negatively impact customers via the product(s) as well as team morale.
e.g. pushing a product to release when it is not ready to ensure it meets sales, and then blame the user for its failure.

Pay is sub par. Benefits are offensive. Culture is toxic and misogynistic e.g. CEO enters meetings at whatever time he wants that could be ten /five minutes before the meeting is scheduled to end, CEO holds a meeting Friday afternoon to talk about himself...
