      its a job. hours are ok. steady low pay. easy access to US 1 . has a break room with bare essentials. no cafeteria. lean six sigma.

      Cons

      this factory has employees who are obsessed with who is dating who. i was made to feel like i had to date someone in the company by other fulltime employees. the culture is very old school. very high turnover.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
