      Experience depends on team but overall company view is positive. Good work/life balance. Great benefits and a lot of activities across many employee resource groups.

      Cons

      Typical large company challenges. Some change is forced too quickly, other change is slow to be adopted. Can be isolating if your team is very small or not present at the location.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
