      Pros

      Great culture, great executives- especially those of individual strategic brands.

      Cons

      Takes forever to get things done. No easy process for anything. The systems are old and dont talk to each other. With the new re/org, everyone is stretched thin and working twice as hard with twice as many meetings.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
