      Pros

      Great coworkers. Used to have unlimited PTO. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Constant change of direction, plus lack of communication about changes in direction. SUPRISE, your goals changed! Constant need to do everything at once, no ability to tell customers no. Teams are severely understaffed. The least competent but most political people get promoted.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
