Pros
Overall Trane is a great place to work. Benefits are good, pay is decent and in our office everyone gets along great and works good together. There are advancement opportunities as well as personal development opportunities.
Cons
Like a lot of companies there are a lot of expectations and it doesn’t always seem like we are fairly compensated for all of the extras we seem to do outside of our job description. Raises could be better and be more aligned with inflation vs the smaller percentages of we receive.
