      Pros

      Some of the most dedicated and talented people I've worked with, passionate about what they do. Compensation was good, recognition was good. Facilities and equipment were new and excellent.

      Cons

      They were growing and taking on more than they had the staff to do, and some engineers were stretched thin by taking on the work of other roles for which we had positions open or had plans for positions.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
