Great workforce of smart, capable individuals. Partnering with Trane has opened the door for many new opportunities, it has allowed people that normally wouldn't work together to join forces on many initiatives Organization is charitable and coordinates many company events during the year

Still some politics in the office but the mood has taken an upturn Turn over has increased recently but the recruiting efforts have also picked up
