      Cons

      Terrible managers, one day you miss or even late if involved in car accident will have you terminated, very loud to the point you need ear protection, discrimination against women and Hispanic people is very high here

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
