Great people who are focused on the customer. Leadership has a great vision of what they want the customer experience to look like. True open door environment

Politics that lead to struggles in staffing. Numerous leadership changes over past several years.

Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.
Cons
The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
