      They have the best team and people to work with. Colleagues are really helpful. Comes with OT pay for field site roles.

      Cons

      No work life balance for project based engineer role. Not much room for career progression.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
