Pros

The atmosphere is laid back, and there are many people willing to help you when you need it. The company also provides a good deal of morale boosting events which are nice. Room for advancement and a good work family. Very good about allowing time off.

Cons

There are a few people allowed to run the show in some departments which can become frustrating to some.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
