      Very good company to work for. Management is very much approachable and employees have lot of faith on the CEO.

      Cons

      Only I can think of is company should have more Growth Opportunities and more Rewards and Recognition (though they have increased recently)

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
