      The company had many locations and interesting opportunities when it was Ingersoll Rand.

      Cons

      They will rotate you to different managers, some of which have no experience. I left when I realized what this new Trane Technologies company was turning into.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
