Pros
There are many product lines and products at Ingersoll-Rand that leaves many opportunities to experience and learn different things. As a huge company the benefits are decent and there is a fair work life balance.
Cons
As a female it was sometimes difficult to be taken seriously on the mechanical side of the business. Even though I was technical support. People are truly resources and when numbers need to be cut then they cut.
