Fair pay and benefits. Compensation seems to be just ahead of comparable corporations.
Cons
Organization if muddled with mid and senior management roles that have little or no effect on lower ranks direction. Small town facility (Princeton-LCN), has managers that protect and retain local, under-performing personnel. Management will not terminate these employees due to fear of community backlash.
