      The company offers great incentives to make extra money by participating in Health and Fitness activities. The Company also has a great career developmental program.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to have any integrity or accountability for things that go wrong. Seems to be too much red tape to have to cut through to get any answers.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
