Pros
Great equipment, excellent distribution, really dumb management. I felt like we could own the industrial air market with the distribution and equipment we had. Unfortunately, it seemed we couldn't get out of our own way. Continual price changes, new programs that didnt work. If we could just go sell we would be great
Cons
Too many bad mid level managers. IR tends to use the west coast as training ground for new management. As a result the western territory is very weak in comparison to the East. Plus we had no regional manager for over a year. I think It would have been a much better experience working for them anywhere other than the West Coast.
