      * Great scope to grow technically as they provide opportunity to explore new tech in market. * Work life balance is great * Regular engagement is management and employees * Good benefits/perks - above average in market * Passion to grow as a company clearly shows in management.

      Cons

      * Would love to see more diversity at higher levels in technical teams. * Salary bands are widely overlapping among levels, and does not give clarity and motivation for promotion.
