When I was first reached out to for a marketing position, I never imagined that I could make a future here for myself. Only working in customer service my whole life never been offered an opportunity to move up and I was excited to try something different. I never planned all the hard work and dedication I had to put in on a daily basis, with the proper mentoring, training and guidance I know I am not far from achieving my goal.

I really dont have any cons, just that I learned the value of hard work by working hard.

Relaxed atmosphere, flexible for work life balance, exciting job, never boring. Opportunity to travel and interact with high level executives.

Ineffective management has lead to high turnover and a almost impossible caseload. Incompetent employees are rewarded by having their caseload lightened and distributed to the more competent employees. No structure or consistency, causing a very inefficient work environment and low morale. Atmosphere can be uncomfortable and unprofessional bordering on inappropriate at times. Virtually no benefits, small retirement match and basic dental.
