I applied online. I interviewed at Trademark Management in Jun 2017
Interview
Round one the job sounded interesting... taking a pay-cut to get more training and then in 6 months go back up to office management. Day two did round 2 with a gentleman that was rude, cursed and was not educated. I was shocked and not sure if this was part of the test... We talked about the hours and how close it was to my home.
I expressed concern over nothing being in writing, the story on the salary was now commission based and nothing matched the online job description. I am not being told that I am literally knocking on doors all afternoon trying to get paid. I was told that the third interview would go over everything in detail...
I went back out in the lobby filled out antoher piece of paper and was then giving a bs speech on how sales and comission is the way of life... You make your salery as you want...good days and bad days. I expressed that this is not what the offer was for, I am into management. I have a masters degree...
They bullied me into choosing a start date and said when I show up next time they will go over salary and pay.

Interview
Simple, 20-30 mins describing job and getting to know interviewee (me). They describe the process of building employees and promotions, makes it sound like a lot of money until you do the math and realize it's barely $10/hr. Hours aren't concrete. Didn't mention that it's door-to-door canvasing until I asked and said it sounded like it. Interviewer kept pushing the "fun" environment, promotion rates, and pay.
