Pros

The company is mostly remote and they are very flexible and generous with that arrangement. They are open minded when it comes to problem solving. They often are seeking out the latest tech so you have an opportunity to keep learning and expand your knowledge.

Cons

The company is operated under a private equity, a couple of years ago they started pursuing their financial goals more aggressively. This has lead to a waves after waves of workforce reductions. Recently they offshored nearly all of their North American workforce overseas to meet their goals. It used to be a cool place to work for and it was very employee centric, cool perks, flexibility, and great people, now the culture has completely changed and you always have a feeling that no one is safe from the next wave of workforce reduction. Upper management will often say one thing but their actions the following week will mean something else.

Pros

You will work with people who really value collaboration and cross functionality is not really an issue here, which is great the people you work with are great.

Cons

I feel that with the most recent leadership transition in the C suite, there has been a lack of transparency and limited communication around key developments. One example is that several employees were let go just days prior to a town hall, yet it seemed to be handled with little acknowledgment or discussion.
