All smoke and mirrors - they don't care about their employees

we can work from home

the pay is not fair, and everyone is underpaid. They do not care about employees, they fire people on their birthdays or while on PTO, and don't reward people for good work. Management does not know the products, the industry or the clients, and makes little effort to create any culture. the company has zero culture.

People are great and it used to be a great thing - Also, Trevor Campion is no longer the CEO - he was miles better than Byron McDuffee

Cons

The CEO (Byron) is 2-faced and in way over his head - go look at his history and you will notice he comes to a company with good results and culture - and then he gets exited 18 months later leaving financial ruin and despair all over. He did that at Elm street - he will do it again here. He Hires a bunch Boys Club Pals from Texas and then turns any company into a cash grab for him and his (very white, very male, very crowded) executive team.
