Pros

Excellent pay with rapid growth and promotions for top performers. I have seen people double their pay in about a year. It is amazing working with top-tier people, and that culture is set from the top down. Elite, competitive environment with high standards. Many teammates are former Division 1 athletes who maintain peak physical and mental condition, bringing that same discipline to their work. You get to work alongside like-minded people who are motivated by achievement and results. Company product is also very very good.

Cons

Very little work-life balance or vacation time, which is normal for elite, high-performance companies. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and if you do not perform, this is not the place for you and you will get pushed out. Some of the negative reviews on here are likely from people who were pushed out. People who are not committed or who do not believe in meritocracy will not fit in.

Pros

- High-impact work - Unmatched talent density — Traba is full of top performers who are genuinely some of the smartest, hardest-working people you’ll ever meet

Cons

- The hours are ridiculous (9am–9pm in the office daily) and expectations are high. It’s nearly impossible to maintain a life outside of work, especially if you want to succeed here - Leadership cares way too much about the number of hours you're clocking in the office — it’s bizarre & unproductive - Turnover is insanely high, and they make zero effort to retain top talent, even when the cost of hiring and training replacements should justify it — the product + business model are unnecessarily complicated & require a good amount of time to learn. Yet the company doesn’t invest enough in properly ramping up new hires to set them up for success. As a result, employees are often let go prematurely (also, arbitrarily) before they’ve had a fair chance to ramp up & prove themselves. - They also have no problem letting people go who've pretty much poured their entire lives to this company — people who’ve dedicated 60+ hours of their time & energy to this failing business week over week - Overall, the level of sacrifice required to work here is not normal & it’s hard to justify considering how low the pay is
